5. FIGHT CARD Content and Intellectual Property

FIGHT CARD, including its software, design, gameplay systems, artwork, cards, card frames, characters, icons, logos, text, rules, fictional names, audio, visual elements, and other content, is owned by Wayne Interactive Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

6. No Real-World Fighters, Brands, or Likenesses

FIGHT CARD is intended to use fictional/original game content. The game is not sponsored, endorsed, approved, or affiliated with any real-world fighter, athlete, promotion, league, sanctioning body, brand, trademark owner, or sports organization unless expressly stated in writing.

Any resemblance to real persons, organizations, trademarks, events, or brands is unintended, except for general references to common fighting, boxing, wrestling, martial arts, or combat-sport move names where such references are used descriptively as part of fictional gameplay.

If you believe content in FIGHT CARD infringes your rights, please contact admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com.

7. User Names, Deck Names, and User-Generated Text

FIGHT CARD does not currently allow users to upload images, videos, audio, chat messages, comments, or other media. However, users may be able to create or display limited text, including usernames and deck names.

Attempts to bypass filters or enforcement systems.

We may rename, reset, restrict, remove, or block usernames, deck names, or other text at any time if we believe they violate these Terms, create risk, or are inappropriate for FIGHT CARD.

8. Online Multiplayer and Fair Play

FIGHT CARD includes online/multiplayer gameplay. You agree to play fairly and not abuse the game, other players, or the service.

You may not:

Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, bots, scripts, automation, memory editors, packet manipulation, modified clients, or other unfair methods.

Manipulate matchmaking, rankings, tournaments, rewards, card drops, pack openings, account progression, or game results.

Intentionally disconnect, stall, exploit timing systems, or abuse turn-based mechanics to harass or disadvantage other players.

9. Cards, Decks, Game Progress, and Virtual Items

FIGHT CARD may include digital collectible cards, decks, packs, cosmetics, in-game currency, rewards, progression, and other virtual items.

All cards, currency, packs, rewards, and virtual items are licensed digital content. They are not your property and have no cash value. They may not be redeemed for money, sold for money, transferred for money, or exchanged outside official game features.

We may adjust, rebalance, modify, remove, replace, restrict, or discontinue cards, card abilities, stats, rarity, availability, game modes, rewards, currency, packs, or virtual items to maintain game balance, fix bugs, support fair play, comply with law, or improve the game.

You are not entitled to a refund, credit, or compensation because of game balancing, card changes, feature changes, drop-rate changes, mode changes, service changes, or enforcement actions, except where required by applicable law or app store rules.

10. Random Card Packs

FIGHT CARD may offer card packs or similar mechanisms that provide randomized virtual cards or items when opened.

Random card packs may be available through gameplay, in-game currency, purchases, rewards, promotions, events, or other game features.

Important rules:

Random card packs do not guarantee a specific card unless the pack description expressly says so.

Duplicate cards may occur unless the pack description says otherwise.

Odds may vary by pack type, event, region, player status, promotion, or other disclosed conditions.

We will disclose applicable odds or rarity probabilities before a purchase where required by app store rules or applicable law.

Buying in-game currency or opening random card packs does not guarantee competitive success, wins, ranking, or any particular result.

Random card packs and cards have no real-money value and cannot be cashed out.

Additional details are included in the Random Card Pack Disclosure below.

11. In-Game Currency

FIGHT CARD may include one or more forms of in-game currency. Some currency may be purchased with real money through the app store, and some currency may be earned through gameplay, events, rewards, promotions, or other in-game systems.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

In-game currency is licensed digital content, not money.

In-game currency has no cash value.

In-game currency cannot be redeemed for real money.

In-game currency cannot be transferred outside official game features.

Purchased currency and earned currency may be treated differently for accounting, platform, legal, refund, promotional, or technical reasons.

We may limit how currency is earned, purchased, stored, spent, or used.

We may correct currency balances caused by bugs, fraud, chargebacks, mistaken grants, exploits, or unauthorized activity.

If FIGHT CARD later adds a separate trading currency or official card-trading feature, additional terms may apply and may need to be accepted before using that feature.

12. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

FIGHT CARD may offer in-app purchases, including in-game currency, packs, cards, cosmetics, boosts, premium features, or other digital content.

Purchases are processed by the applicable platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Platform terms, billing rules, refund rules, parental controls, family payment settings, and purchase restrictions may also apply.

You are responsible for reviewing purchase descriptions before completing a transaction.

Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or consumed.

We may refuse, cancel, reverse, or restrict purchases or items if we believe a transaction is fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, mistaken, subject to chargeback, violates these Terms, or creates legal or security risk.

13. No Gambling, Betting, Cash-Out, or Real-Money Trading

FIGHT CARD is intended as an entertainment game and does not offer gambling, betting, wagering, casino-style cash prizes, or real-money payouts.

You may not:

FIGHT CARD may change over time. We may update, patch, modify, rebalance, suspend, discontinue, or remove features, game modes, cards, packs, currency, content, rewards, servers, or services at any time.

We do not guarantee that FIGHT CARD, any feature, any online service, any card, any item, any event, or any multiplayer mode will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged.

We may take the game offline for maintenance, updates, security issues, testing, or other reasons.

15. Reports, Support, and Enforcement

FIGHT CARD may include support, reporting, moderation, anti-cheat, account-review, or enforcement systems.

If you submit a report, support request, bug report, feedback, screenshot, gameplay information, account information, or other information to us, you allow us to use that information to investigate, enforce rules, improve FIGHT CARD, fix bugs, maintain safety, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.

We may use automated systems and manual review to detect cheating, fraud, abuse, technical issues, or Terms violations.

16. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, card ideas, game-balance suggestions, feature requests, or other submissions, you grant Wayne Interactive Studios LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any purpose without compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.

Do not send ideas or materials you want to keep confidential or expect to be paid for.

18.1 By You

You may stop using FIGHT CARD at any time. If account deletion is available in the app, you may request deletion through that feature. You may also contact admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com for account-related requests.

18.2 By Us

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to FIGHT CARD at any time if we believe:

You violated these Terms.

You engaged in fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized purchases.

You created legal, security, safety, or compliance risk.

You are under 13 or provided false age information.

Your account was compromised or used in a harmful way.

Termination or restriction is necessary to protect FIGHT CARD, other users, Wayne Interactive Studios LLC, platform providers, or the public.

18.3 Effect of Termination

When your account is terminated, your right to use FIGHT CARD ends immediately. You may lose access to your account, cards, decks, progress, currency, purchases, rewards, and virtual items.

Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, we are not required to provide refunds, credits, transfers, or compensation for terminated, restricted, or deleted accounts.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, virtual items, payments, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and arbitration.

19. Third-Party Services and Platforms

FIGHT CARD may rely on third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, cloud services, analytics tools, crash-reporting tools, authentication providers, anti-cheat tools, and other service providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Wayne Interactive Studios LLC is not responsible for third-party services except where required by applicable law.

20. Disclaimers

FIGHT CARD is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wayne Interactive Studios LLC disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, security, and game balance.

We do not guarantee:

That FIGHT CARD will always be available.

That multiplayer matches will be uninterrupted or error-free.

That matchmaking will be perfect or balanced.

That cards, currency, items, rewards, events, or progression will remain unchanged.

That you will receive any particular card from a random pack unless expressly stated.

That you will win matches, reach a rank, complete events, or obtain specific rewards.

That other users will follow the rules.

That all bugs, errors, exploits, or unauthorized activity will be detected or fixed.

Use of FIGHT CARD is at your own risk.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Wayne Interactive Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, account access, game progress, cards, currency, items, rankings, rewards, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to FIGHT CARD or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to FIGHT CARD or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Wayne Interactive Studios LLC for FIGHT CARD in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires a different amount.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wayne Interactive Studios LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

Your use of FIGHT CARD.

Your account activity.

Your usernames, deck names, feedback, reports, or other submissions.

Your violation of these Terms.

Your violation of applicable law.

Your violation of another person’s rights.

Your cheating, fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of FIGHT CARD.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls, including the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable.

24. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. It requires certain disputes to be resolved through binding individual arbitration instead of in court, and it limits the way you can seek relief.

If you are at least 13 but under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms, including this arbitration section, on your behalf to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24.1 Definitions

For this Section 24:

“Dispute” means any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to FIGHT CARD, the app, the service, your account, your purchases, virtual currency, cards, random card packs, virtual items, game access, enforcement actions, these Terms, any FIGHT CARD policy, or your relationship with Wayne Interactive Studios LLC, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, consumer protection law, privacy law, or any other legal theory.

“We,” “us,” and “our” mean Wayne Interactive Studios LLC.

“You” means the user of FIGHT CARD and, where applicable, the user’s parent or legal guardian.

24.2 Informal Resolution First

Before starting arbitration or filing a claim in court, you agree to try to resolve the Dispute informally by sending a written notice to:

admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

Your notice must include:

Your full name.

The email address tied to your FIGHT CARD account, if any.

Your username or user ID, if available.

A clear description of the Dispute.

The specific relief or outcome you are requesting.

Any relevant purchase/order information if the Dispute involves an in-app purchase, virtual currency, card pack, refund, chargeback, or missing item.

Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

We will try to resolve the Dispute informally. If the Dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after we receive your notice, either party may start arbitration or proceed with a court claim that is allowed under Section 24.4.

24.3 Agreement to Arbitrate

Except for the exceptions listed in Section 24.4, you and Wayne Interactive Studios LLC agree that any Dispute will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and not in court.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

24.4 Exceptions — Disputes That May Go to Court

The following Disputes are not required to be arbitrated:

Small claims: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in small claims court.

Injunctive or equitable relief for misuse: Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to prevent unauthorized access, cheating, hacking, fraud, security threats, abuse of FIGHT CARD systems, account theft, intellectual-property misuse, or other misuse that threatens FIGHT CARD, users, platform providers, or Wayne Interactive Studios LLC.

Intellectual property: Either party may bring claims relating to infringement, misuse, or misappropriation of intellectual property rights in court to the extent such claims are not required to be arbitrated under applicable law.

Public injunctive relief: If applicable law does not allow a claim for public injunctive relief to be waived or arbitrated, that claim may proceed in court to the extent required by law.

24.5 Arbitration Provider and Rules

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless AAA is unavailable or declines to administer the arbitration. If AAA is unavailable or declines, the arbitration may be administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, or by another neutral arbitration provider agreed to by the parties or selected by a court with authority.

The arbitrator will apply applicable law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and these Terms.

24.6 Location and Format

Unless the parties agree otherwise, arbitration will take place in Ohio, USA.

The arbitrator may allow the proceeding to occur by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or another remote format when appropriate to reduce cost and burden, especially for consumer claims.

24.7 Fees and Costs

Each party will pay its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards fees or costs under applicable law.

Arbitration filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be allocated under the applicable consumer arbitration rules and applicable law. If you cannot afford arbitration fees, you may request fee waivers, reductions, or other relief from the arbitration provider where available.

24.8 Arbitrator Authority

The arbitrator has authority to resolve any Dispute covered by this arbitration agreement, including disputes about the scope, interpretation, applicability, and enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that a court may decide issues relating to the validity or enforceability of the class action waiver in Section 24.9 where required by applicable law.

The arbitrator may award the same individual relief that a court could award in an individual case, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claim.

24.9 Class Action Waiver — Individual Claims Only

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Wayne Interactive Studios LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, class member, or participant in any purported class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, representative action, or mass action.

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, representative, or mass proceeding unless both parties expressly agree in writing after the Dispute arises.

24.10 Jury Trial Waiver

If a Dispute is brought in court instead of arbitration, only as allowed by these Terms, you and Wayne Interactive Studios LLC waive any right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

24.11 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by sending an email to:

admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

Your opt-out email must be sent within thirty (30) days after the earlier of:

The date you first create a FIGHT CARD account; or

The date you first accept Terms containing this arbitration provision.

Your opt-out email must include:

Your full name.

The email address tied to your FIGHT CARD account, if any.

Your username or user ID, if available.

A clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver for FIGHT CARD.

If you validly opt out, Sections 24.3 through 24.10 will not apply to you, and you may pursue Disputes in court as permitted by applicable law. The rest of these Terms will continue to apply.

24.12 Severability

If any part of this Section 24 is found unenforceable, the unenforceable part will be severed to the extent permitted by law, and the rest will remain in effect.

If the class action waiver in Section 24.9 is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration to the extent required by applicable law.

24.13 Survival

This Section 24 survives termination, suspension, deletion, or deactivation of your account and survives termination of these Terms.

25. Venue for Court Matters

For any claim permitted to be filed in court under Section 24.4, or if you validly opt out under Section 24.11, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Ohio will be the exclusive venue, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

May be used only as allowed within FIGHT CARD.

3. Purchased Currency and Earned Currency

Purchased currency and earned currency may be treated differently for legal, accounting, technical, refund, platform, or promotional reasons.

We may limit or change how currency is earned, purchased, stored, displayed, spent, or used.

We may correct currency balances if we believe currency was granted, received, duplicated, purchased, refunded, charged back, exploited, or displayed incorrectly.

4. Virtual Items and Cards

Cards, card packs, cosmetics, boosts, rewards, decks, event items, and other virtual items are licensed digital content. They are not your personal property and do not give you ownership rights.

We may modify, rebalance, restrict, remove, replace, discontinue, or reset virtual items to support game balance, fix bugs, prevent abuse, comply with law, or improve FIGHT CARD.

5. Finality of Purchases

Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, delivered, or consumed.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, price, quantity, currency amount, pack type, restrictions, and other purchase information before buying.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

If a purchase is refunded, charged back, reversed, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise invalid, we may remove or reduce the purchased currency, cards, packs, items, rewards, or benefits from your account.

If you have already spent refunded or reversed currency, we may reduce your balance, remove items obtained with that currency, restrict your account, or take other reasonable action.

7. No Real-Money Value

FIGHT CARD currency, cards, packs, items, rewards, and accounts have no real-money value. They cannot be cashed out, redeemed for money, exchanged for money, or treated as financial instruments.

8. No Unauthorized Transfers or Sales

You may not sell, buy, rent, trade, gift, transfer, or exchange accounts, cards, currency, packs, items, rankings, or services outside official FIGHT CARD systems.

Unauthorized transactions may result in removal of items, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

9. Future Trading Features

FIGHT CARD does not currently include user card trading. If card trading or a separate trading currency is added in the future, Wayne Interactive Studios LLC may require additional terms, restrictions, limits, fraud-prevention measures, taxes, age restrictions, market restrictions, or disclosures.

Until an official trading feature is released, any attempt to buy, sell, trade, transfer, or exchange cards or accounts outside official FIGHT CARD systems is prohibited.

10. Changes to Pricing and Availability

Prices, product availability, currency bundles, pack types, event rewards, promotions, and virtual-item availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee that any product, pack, card, currency bundle, or item will remain available.

11. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

If you allow a minor to use FIGHT CARD or your device, account, app store account, payment method, or family-sharing settings, you are responsible for managing purchase permissions and parental controls.

Random Card Pack Disclosure

Last updated: May 26, 2026
Version: 1.0

FIGHT CARD may include random card packs or similar features that provide randomized virtual cards or items.

1. What Random Card Packs Are

Random card packs are virtual packs that provide one or more cards or items when opened. The exact cards or items may be determined randomly from a pool of possible rewards.

2. No Guaranteed Specific Card Unless Stated

Opening a random card pack does not guarantee that you will receive any specific card, rarity, type, move, frame, character, style, or item unless the pack description expressly says a specific reward is guaranteed.

3. Duplicate Cards

Duplicate cards may appear unless the pack description says otherwise.

4. Pack Odds

FIGHT CARD will disclose applicable pack odds or rarity probabilities before purchase where required by law, app store rules, or platform policy.

Odds may be shown by rarity, item category, card type, or other reward category. Odds may vary by pack type, event, promotion, region, game version, or other disclosed conditions.

Example format to use in-app before purchase:

Common: __%

Rare: __%

Epic: __%

Legendary: __%

Or, if pack design requires more detail:

Slot 1 guaranteed rarity: ____

Slot 2 random rarity odds: ____

Bonus card odds: ____

Featured-card odds: ____

Actual percentages should be filled in only after the final pack system is implemented and tested.

5. Purchased and Earned Packs

Some packs may be purchased directly, purchased using in-game currency, earned through gameplay, granted through events, or awarded through promotions.

If a pack can be obtained with currency that is purchased with real money, the pack should be treated as a paid randomized virtual-item mechanism for disclosure purposes.

6. No Cash Value

Cards, packs, and items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

7. No Competitive Guarantee

Receiving a particular card or rarity does not guarantee that you will win matches, improve ranking, complete events, or achieve any competitive result.

8. Changes to Packs

We may update pack contents, odds, rarity pools, duplicate rules, featured cards, pack availability, and reward systems. Where required, updated odds or disclosures will be shown before purchase.

Fair Play and Community Guidelines

Last updated: May 26, 2026
Version: 1.0

These Fair Play and Community Guidelines explain the basic rules for using FIGHT CARD. They are written to be easier to read than the full Terms of Service, but they work together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Moderation Policy, Data Retention & Deletion Policy, Age & Eligibility Verification Policy, Payments and Virtual Items Terms, Random Card Pack Disclosure, and Platform Terms & Store Purchases Notice.

FIGHT CARD is an online multiplayer mobile game with digital collectible cards, turn-based card combat, usernames, saved decks, virtual currency, and random card packs. FIGHT CARD does not currently include chat, user-uploaded photos, videos, audio, public comments, or custom card artwork. Even so, users must follow these rules when using usernames, deck names, multiplayer features, purchases, reports, and other game systems.

IMPORTANT: 13+ Only

FIGHT CARD is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use FIGHT CARD. If you are at least 13 but under the age of majority where you live, you may use FIGHT CARD only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

Users believed to be under 13 may have their accounts restricted, suspended, terminated, or deleted as required by applicable law and our policies.

1. Play Fair

Do not cheat, exploit, manipulate, automate, or abuse FIGHT CARD systems.

You may not:

Use bots, scripts, macros, automation, modified clients, memory editors, packet manipulation, or unauthorized tools.

Exploit bugs, glitches, server errors, matchmaking issues, pack-opening issues, purchase-delivery issues, or reward errors.

Manipulate matchmaking, rankings, leaderboards, events, tournaments, rewards, pack openings, card grants, or match results.

Win trade, intentionally disconnect to gain an advantage, stall matches abusively, or coordinate unfair results.

Use multiple accounts to farm rewards, manipulate rankings, avoid limits, bypass restrictions, or evade enforcement.

Interfere with servers, security systems, access controls, anti-cheat systems, or game operations.

2. Keep Usernames and Deck Names Appropriate

FIGHT CARD may allow usernames and saved deck names that can be visible to other users. Keep them appropriate.

Usernames, deck names, and other user-created text may not include:

Misleading claims that you are official, verified, sponsored, affiliated, ranked, rewarded, or endorsed when you are not.

Real-world trademarks, brands, fighter names, athlete names, celebrity names, team names, league names, or copyrighted material in a way that may violate rights or create confusion.

Attempts to bypass filters, moderation tools, or enforcement.

We may filter, block, rename, reset, remove, or restrict usernames, deck names, or other text at any time if we believe it violates these rules or creates risk.

3. Respect Other Players

Even without chat, players can still affect each other through matches, rankings, reports, usernames, deck names, and multiplayer behavior.

Do not use FIGHT CARD to harass, target, shame, threaten, impersonate, scam, exploit, or abuse other players.

Do not submit false reports just because you lost a match, dislike another player, disagree with someone’s deck, or want to harm another user’s account.

4. No Scams, Off-Platform Sales, or Unauthorized Trading

Do not use FIGHT CARD for scams, fraud, phishing, unauthorized selling, unofficial trading, boosting, account selling, real-money trading, gambling, betting, or wagering.

You may not buy, sell, rent, trade, transfer, or exchange accounts, cards, currency, card packs, rankings, wins, rewards, or services outside official FIGHT CARD systems.

If FIGHT CARD later adds official card trading or a special trading currency, additional rules may apply.

5. Purchases, Currency, and Card Packs

Do not abuse purchases, refunds, chargebacks, promotions, reward systems, virtual currency, random card packs, or item-delivery systems.

In-game currency, cards, packs, cosmetics, rewards, and virtual items are digital content with no cash value. They cannot be cashed out, sold for money, or exchanged outside official FIGHT CARD systems.

Random card packs do not guarantee a specific card unless the pack description clearly says so.

6. No Illegal or Unsafe Activity

Do not use FIGHT CARD to plan, promote, support, or facilitate illegal activity, real-world violence, real-world threats, exploitation, harassment, fraud, gambling, unauthorized transactions, account theft, or other unsafe behavior.

3. Deleting Your Account

3.1 How to Delete

You can request account deletion using the in-app “Delete Account” feature if available in Settings.

If you have trouble deleting your account in the app, or if a platform requires an additional web-based deletion request option, you may contact us at:

admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

To help us locate your account, include the email address used to sign in, your username, your account ID if available, and a brief description of the deletion request. Do not send sensitive payment card details.

3.2 What Account Deletion Is Intended to Do

Account deletion is intended to permanently close your FIGHT CARD account and remove or de-identify personal information associated with your account from active systems, subject to the limits and exceptions described in this policy.

3.3 What the App Tries to Delete or De-Identify

When you delete your account, we make reasonable, best-effort attempts to delete, remove, disconnect, or de-identify active account data, including:

Your private account profile record.

Your username or public-facing account identity.

Your saved deck names and saved deck records.

Your card inventory, game progression, rewards, achievements, event progress, settings, and virtual currency balances.

Your active multiplayer profile, matchmaking profile, leaderboard display, and public ranking display where technically feasible.

Your authentication account or login record, where supported by the authentication provider and where recent authentication requirements are satisfied.

Some deletion steps may require recent sign-in or reauthentication. If deletion cannot be completed because your login session is too old, you may be asked to sign in again before deletion can continue.

3.4 Timing

Deletion is not always immediate across all systems. Some information may remain temporarily during processing, caching, backups, logging, security review, fraud prevention, platform synchronization, or legal/compliance workflows.

4. What May Not Be Deleted Immediately, or May Be Retained

Even after account deletion, certain information may be retained for limited purposes.

4.1 Purchase, Refund, Chargeback, and Accounting Records

We may retain purchase-related records as reasonably necessary for payment verification, item delivery, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, audit, customer support, dispute resolution, platform compliance, and legal obligations.

These records may include transaction IDs, product IDs, purchase dates, receipt validation records, order references, refund status, chargeback status, region, price tier, and delivery status.

We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple App Store or Google Play.

4.2 Virtual Currency, Cards, Packs, and Item History

When your account is deleted, you may lose access to cards, decks, currency, packs, items, progression, rankings, rewards, and purchases associated with that account.

We may retain limited records related to virtual currency grants, purchases, refunds, card packs, pack openings, card grants, item delivery, and reward history as reasonably necessary to:

Confirm purchase delivery.

Investigate support issues.

Prevent fraud, exploits, duplicate grants, and unauthorized refunds.

Maintain game integrity.

Audit random-pack systems.

Comply with applicable law and platform requirements.

4.3 Multiplayer Match History and Leaderboard Integrity

Because FIGHT CARD includes online multiplayer, some match records may involve more than one player. After account deletion, we may retain limited match history, results, rankings, event records, or leaderboard records where reasonably necessary to:

Preserve match integrity for other players.

Prevent cheating, win trading, leaderboard manipulation, and reward abuse.

Investigate disputes, reports, exploits, and enforcement issues.

Maintain historical event results.

Where feasible, deleted-account records may be removed from public display, anonymized, de-identified, or disconnected from your personal account identity.

4.4 Anti-Cheat, Fraud Prevention, Security, and Ban Evasion

We may retain security-related records and enforcement identifiers as reasonably necessary to protect FIGHT CARD and other users. This may include anti-cheat signals, fraud-prevention records, rate-limiting data, suspicious activity logs, device or technical identifiers where permitted, account-linking signals, abuse reports, enforcement history, and ban-evasion records.

These records help us prevent repeated cheating, fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, reward farming, botting, exploitation, and other harmful activity.

4.5 Reports, Support, Feedback, and Investigations

If you submit a support request, bug report, feedback, abuse report, payment issue, or other message to us, we may retain the contents of that request and related records as reasonably necessary to:

Respond to you.

Investigate the issue.

Improve FIGHT CARD.

Enforce our Terms.

Prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse.

Resolve disputes.

Comply with applicable law.

If your account was reported, investigated, restricted, suspended, or banned, we may retain relevant records for enforcement, safety, fraud-prevention, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.

4.6 Legal Compliance and Lawful Requests

We may retain information when required or permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States, legal process, platform obligations, accounting requirements, tax requirements, regulatory obligations, or lawful requests.

We may also preserve information under a legal hold when we reasonably believe it is necessary for litigation, investigation, dispute resolution, safety, security, compliance, or protection of rights.

4.7 Backups, Logs, and Archived Systems

After deletion, some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, crash records, security records, or archived systems. We do not use backups to restore deleted accounts except where reasonably necessary for system integrity, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or disaster recovery.

Backup and log data is generally deleted or overwritten according to our normal retention cycles unless it must be retained longer for legal, security, or compliance reasons.

5. Minors Under 13 — Special Handling

FIGHT CARD is not intended for children under 13.

If we learn or have reason to believe that a user is under 13, we may suspend or terminate the account, delete or restrict personal information associated with the account, and take other steps required by applicable law.

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to document the deletion, prevent repeat underage account creation, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect users, or enforce our Terms.

If you believe a child under 13 has created a FIGHT CARD account, contact us at:

admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

6. Parent or Guardian Requests

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to FIGHT CARD in violation of this policy, contact us at admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com.

We may ask for information needed to verify the request, locate the account, and confirm your authority to act on behalf of the child.

7. Deleted Accounts and Lost Access

Deleting your FIGHT CARD account may permanently remove access to:

Your login.

Your username.

Your decks and deck names.

Your cards and card collection.

Your packs and unopened packs.

Your virtual currency.

Your purchases and purchased virtual items.

Your progression, rankings, match history, event history, rewards, achievements, and settings.

Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, account deletion does not entitle you to refunds, credits, cash, replacement items, restored progress, or transferred purchases.

8. Recreating an Account

If you delete your account and later create a new account, your previous cards, purchases, currency, progress, rankings, rewards, and settings may not be recoverable.

We may prevent deleted, banned, restricted, fraudulent, or underage accounts from being recreated where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, anti-cheat, fraud prevention, or enforcement.

9. Deletion Requests and Support

If you have trouble deleting your account, believe your account was not fully deleted, or need help with a deletion request, contact:

Wayne Interactive Studios LLC
Email: admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

Please include:

The email address used to sign in.

Your username.

Your account ID or user ID if available.

A brief description of the issue.

Relevant screenshots or app-store order information if the issue involves purchases.

Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it through a secure process.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Data Retention & Deletion Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you in the app, by email if available, through the app store listing, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of FIGHT CARD after the updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.

Age & Eligibility Verification Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026
Version: 1.0

This Age & Eligibility Verification Policy explains how age eligibility and related verification may work in FIGHT CARD. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Retention & Deletion Policy, Payments and Virtual Items Terms, Random Card Pack Disclosure, and Fair Play and Community Guidelines.

If we believe you are under 13, we may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access, delete or limit personal information, and take other steps required by applicable law.

1. Scope

This policy applies to any age-gate, age-check, eligibility confirmation, parental/guardian confirmation, or verification process used in FIGHT CARD.

FIGHT CARD is a mobile game with digital collectible cards, turn-based card combat, online multiplayer, user accounts, usernames, saved decks, in-game currency, and random card packs. This policy is designed for that type of game service.

2. Verification May Be Optional or Required

Depending on the feature set, platform requirements, legal requirements, safety needs, fraud-prevention needs, or account status, age or eligibility verification may be:

Required to create an account.

Required before accessing online multiplayer features.

Required before making purchases or using certain purchase-related features.

Required before participating in events, rankings, tournaments, promotions, trading features, or other restricted features if those features are added later.

Required after suspicious activity, suspected false age information, account recovery, enforcement review, or compliance review.

Optional if used only to confirm account status or provide additional account protections.

If a verification feature is not offered in your version of FIGHT CARD, the parts of this policy related to that feature may not apply to your account.

3. What We May Collect for Age or Eligibility Verification

If age or eligibility verification is offered or required, we may collect or process information such as:

Your date of birth, birth year, age, age range, or confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement.

Account information, such as email address, user ID, username, authentication ID, and account status.

Verification metadata, such as timestamps, verification status, method used, version of the policy accepted, and records that an age or eligibility check occurred.

Parent or guardian contact or confirmation information, if a parent/guardian permission process is ever implemented.

Device, technical, security, anti-fraud, or abuse-prevention signals used to detect false age claims, account abuse, repeated underage signups, ban evasion, or suspicious activity.

Support information you provide if you contact us about age, eligibility, account access, account deletion, purchases, or parental/guardian requests.

FIGHT CARD does not currently plan to require users to upload selfies, government IDs, photos, videos, or biometric information for normal account creation. If we later add identity verification, photo verification, government-ID verification, biometric verification, or a third-party age-assurance provider, we may update this policy and provide additional disclosures before using those features.

4. How We Use Age and Eligibility Information

We may use age and eligibility information to:

Confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement for FIGHT CARD.

Prevent users under 13 from creating or using accounts.

Help determine whether parent or guardian permission may be required.

Apply age-appropriate settings, restrictions, notices, or protections.

Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States and any laws that apply where the game is offered.

Comply with app store, platform, payment, privacy, and safety requirements.

Prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, ban evasion, unauthorized purchases, and repeated underage account creation.

Support account security, enforcement, customer support, and dispute resolution.

5. Users Under 13

FIGHT CARD is not intended for children under 13.

If you are under 13, do not create an account, use FIGHT CARD, provide personal information, make purchases, participate in multiplayer features, or attempt to bypass the age gate.

If we learn or have reason to believe that a user is under 13, we may:

Suspend or terminate the account.

Restrict access to FIGHT CARD.

Delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention needs.

Cancel access to online features.

Retain limited records as reasonably necessary to document the action, prevent repeat underage account creation, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect users, or enforce our Terms.

Parents or legal guardians who believe a child under 13 has created a FIGHT CARD account may contact us at admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com.

6. Users 13 or Older but Under the Age of Majority

If you are at least 13 but under the age of majority where you live, you may use FIGHT CARD only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of FIGHT CARD, managing device settings, app store family settings, purchase permissions, parental controls, and any payment methods connected to the minor’s device or account.

We may restrict certain features, purchases, communications, promotions, events, rankings, trading features, or other game systems for users under the age of majority where required by law, platform rules, or our own safety and compliance decisions.

7. Accuracy of Age Information

You agree to provide accurate age and eligibility information.

You may not:

Lie about your age.

Use someone else’s information to pass an age gate.

Help another person bypass age or eligibility requirements.

Create a new account to avoid an age restriction, suspension, deletion, or verification requirement.

Use a parent’s, guardian’s, sibling’s, friend’s, or other person’s account to access FIGHT CARD if you do not meet the requirements.

Providing false age or eligibility information may result in account restriction, suspension, termination, loss of access to purchases or virtual items, and other enforcement action.

8. Reverification and Account Review

We may ask you to confirm or re-confirm age or eligibility information if we reasonably believe it is necessary for legal compliance, platform compliance, safety, fraud prevention, account recovery, purchase review, enforcement, or investigation of suspicious activity.

If you do not complete a required age or eligibility check, we may restrict or suspend access to your account or certain features until the check is completed.

9. Retention of Age and Verification Information

We retain age and eligibility information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Depending on how the feature is implemented, we may retain:

A date of birth, age range, birth year, or eligibility flag.

A record that age eligibility was confirmed.

Verification status and timestamps.

Policy acceptance records.

Records related to suspected underage use, false age information, account restrictions, support requests, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement.

Retention may differ depending on legal requirements, platform requirements, account status, purchase history, enforcement history, fraud-prevention needs, safety concerns, chargebacks, disputes, or legal holds.

10. Sharing

We do not sell age or verification information.

We may share age or eligibility information with service providers that help us operate FIGHT CARD, such as authentication providers, database providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, security providers, support tools, payment-validation providers, fraud-prevention providers, or age-assurance providers if those are added later.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, lawful requests, app store requirements, platform requirements, fraud prevention, security, enforcement, or protection of rights, property, users, Wayne Interactive Studios LLC, or the public.

11. Account Deletion

If you delete your FIGHT CARD account, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or de-identify age and eligibility information from active systems, subject to the exceptions described in our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, underage-use prevention, enforcement, purchase disputes, chargebacks, platform compliance, backups, logs, and dispute resolution.

12. Parent or Guardian Requests

A parent or legal guardian may contact us about a child’s account or age-related concern at:

admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

To help us review the request, include:

The account email address, if known.

The username, if known.

The user ID, if available.

A brief description of the issue.

Any relevant screenshots or purchase/order information if the issue involves purchases.

Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it through a secure process.

We may ask for additional information to verify the request, locate the account, and confirm authority to act on behalf of the child.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Age & Eligibility Verification Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you in the app, by email if available, through the app store listing, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of FIGHT CARD after the updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use FIGHT CARD. If you are at least 13 but under the age of majority where you live, you may use FIGHT CARD only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

1. Platform Terms Apply

If you download, install, access, purchase, or update FIGHT CARD through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store or platform, your use of FIGHT CARD may also be subject to that platform provider’s applicable terms, policies, purchase rules, refund rules, family-sharing rules, parental-control settings, age-rating rules, and account requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing and following the terms and settings that apply to your device, app store account, payment method, and platform account.

2. Purchases Are Processed by the Platform

FIGHT CARD may offer in-app purchases, including in-game currency, card packs, virtual items, cosmetics, boosts, premium features, or other digital content.

Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform are processed by that platform provider or its payment system. The platform provider’s billing terms, taxes, purchase authorization rules, parental controls, family payment settings, refund rules, and chargeback procedures may apply.

Wayne Interactive Studios LLC may receive limited purchase-related information from the platform, such as product ID, transaction ID, receipt validation data, refund status, chargeback status, region, price tier, and delivery status. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple App Store or Google Play.

3. Refunds and Purchase Problems

Refund requests are generally handled through the platform provider’s refund process and policies.

Wayne Interactive Studios LLC cannot guarantee refunds and may not be able to override platform refund decisions. If a platform grants a refund, chargeback, reversal, cancellation, or payment dispute, we may remove or reduce the related in-game currency, cards, packs, virtual items, rewards, or benefits from your account.

For purchase-delivery issues, missing items, or support questions not involving direct refund processing, contact:

admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

Include your account email, username, app-store order information, transaction ID if available, and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment card numbers.

4. In-Game Currency

FIGHT CARD may allow users to buy in-game currency through platform-approved in-app purchase systems. The same or similar currency may also be earnable through gameplay, events, rewards, or promotions.

In-game currency is licensed digital content. It is not money, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged outside official FIGHT CARD systems.

Purchased currency and earned currency may be treated differently for legal, accounting, refund, fraud-prevention, promotional, or technical reasons.

5. Random Card Packs and Odds

FIGHT CARD may offer card packs or other mechanisms that provide randomized virtual cards or items.

If a random card pack or randomized virtual-item mechanism can be purchased directly or obtained using currency that can be purchased with real money, applicable odds or rarity probabilities should be disclosed before purchase where required by platform rules or applicable law.

Random card packs do not guarantee a specific card unless the pack description expressly says so. Duplicate cards may occur unless the pack description says otherwise. Cards, packs, virtual items, and currency have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

FIGHT CARD does not currently need to offer auto-renewing subscriptions unless that feature is added later.

If FIGHT CARD later offers subscriptions, auto-renewing memberships, battle passes, recurring premium access, or other time-based paid features, additional platform disclosures, cancellation instructions, renewal terms, pricing terms, and subscription rules may apply.

If a paid feature is not auto-renewing, the purchase description should clearly state that it does not renew automatically.

7. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

If you are a parent or legal guardian and allow a minor to use FIGHT CARD, your device, your app store account, your family-sharing settings, or your payment method, you are responsible for managing purchase approvals, parental controls, screen-time settings, age restrictions, family payment settings, and refund requests through the applicable platform.

8. No Alternative Payment Methods Unless Allowed

For digital goods or services used in FIGHT CARD, purchases should be made only through the purchase methods permitted by the platform where the app is distributed.

Do not attempt to buy, sell, trade, or transfer FIGHT CARD currency, cards, packs, accounts, items, rankings, rewards, or services outside official FIGHT CARD systems.

If a platform permits alternative billing methods in a specific country, region, or program, those methods may be subject to additional platform requirements, disclosures, fees, and eligibility rules.

9. Conflicts

If there is a direct conflict between a platform provider’s mandatory rules and our Terms for a platform purchase flow, the platform provider’s mandatory rules control for that limited purchase-flow purpose.

Otherwise, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Payments and Virtual Items Terms, Random Card Pack Disclosure, Data Retention & Deletion Policy, Age & Eligibility Verification Policy, Fair Play and Community Guidelines, and other FIGHT CARD policies govern your use of FIGHT CARD.

10. Contact

For questions about FIGHT CARD, purchase delivery, missing virtual items, account issues, or these policies, contact:

Wayne Interactive Studios LLC
Email: admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

For refund processing, use the applicable platform provider’s refund process unless we specifically instruct otherwise.

Moderation Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026
Version: 1.0

This Moderation Policy explains how Wayne Interactive Studios LLC may review usernames, deck names, reports, multiplayer behavior, fair-play activity, and other account activity in FIGHT CARD, and how we may make enforcement decisions. It works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Retention & Deletion Policy, Age & Eligibility Verification Policy, Payments and Virtual Items Terms, Random Card Pack Disclosure, Platform Terms & Store Purchases Notice, and Fair Play and Community Guidelines.

If we believe you are under 13, we may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access, delete or limit personal information, and take other steps required by applicable law.

1. What Moderation Covers

FIGHT CARD does not currently allow users to upload photos, videos, audio, chat messages, public comments, or custom card artwork. However, moderation may still apply to limited user-created text and multiplayer behavior, including:

Usernames.

Saved deck names.

Account names, display names, or profile identifiers if added later.

Reports and supporting information submitted by users.

Multiplayer match behavior.

Matchmaking, leaderboard, ranking, event, reward, and progression activity.

Purchase, refund, chargeback, and virtual-item activity where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Attempts to cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate results, evade enforcement, or misuse FIGHT CARD systems.

Any future user-created content, social feature, trading feature, tournament feature, or communication feature added to FIGHT CARD.

2. Limited User-Generated Content

Because FIGHT CARD may allow usernames and deck names that can be visible to other users, those items may be treated as limited user-generated content.

We may use filters, automated checks, manual review, user reports, or other moderation methods to review, restrict, rename, remove, or block usernames, deck names, or other user-created text.

You may not use usernames, deck names, or other user-created text that:

Harasses, threatens, bullies, shames, or targets another person.

Contains hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language.

Contains sexual, sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content.

Contains graphic violence, real-world threats, or encouragement of real-world harm.

References child sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to involve minors in inappropriate content.

Impersonates Wayne Interactive Studios LLC, FIGHT CARD staff, moderators, platform providers, app stores, payment providers, public figures, athletes, celebrities, brands, or other users.

Misleads users about affiliation, authority, rank, rewards, purchases, or official status.

Reveals personal, private, confidential, or doxxing information.

Promotes scams, phishing, account sales, currency sales, card sales, unauthorized trading, gambling, betting, wagering, or real-money transactions.

Uses real-world trademarks, brands, fighter names, athlete names, celebrity names, team names, league names, or copyrighted material in a way that may violate rights or create confusion.

Attempts to bypass filters, moderation systems, or enforcement.

Violates applicable law, platform policy, or our Terms.

3. Under-13 Users

FIGHT CARD is not intended for children under 13.

If we believe a user is under 13, we may immediately restrict access, suspend, terminate, or delete the account, and we may delete or limit personal information as required by applicable law.

We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary to document the action, prevent repeated underage account creation, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms.

Parents or legal guardians who believe a child under 13 has created a FIGHT CARD account may contact admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com.

4. How Moderation Happens

4.1 Automated Review

We may use automated systems, filters, rules, technical signals, fraud-prevention tools, anti-cheat tools, or security systems to detect prohibited usernames, deck names, cheating, suspicious activity, payment abuse, exploits, botting, account abuse, ban evasion, or other violations.

Automated systems may flag activity for review or may trigger immediate restrictions when necessary to protect FIGHT CARD, other users, platform providers, or Wayne Interactive Studios LLC.

4.2 User Reports

Users may be able to report usernames, deck names, suspected cheating, abusive behavior, suspicious accounts, purchase issues, bugs, exploits, or other activity they believe violates our rules.

Reports help us identify problems we may not otherwise detect.

4.3 Manual Review

When we review a report, account, match, username, deck name, purchase issue, or suspected violation, we may evaluate relevant context reasonably necessary to make a decision. This may include account history, match history, usernames, deck names, reports, support requests, technical logs, purchase records, refund records, chargeback records, anti-cheat signals, device or security signals where permitted, and prior enforcement history.

4.4 Limited Review Principle

We try to limit review to what is reasonably necessary for moderation, fair play, safety, fraud prevention, security, customer support, compliance, legal obligations, and enforcement.

4.5 No Guaranteed Response Times or Outcomes

We do not guarantee a response time, response message, investigation update, appeal result, refund result, enforcement action, or specific outcome for any report, support request, or moderation review.

5. Fair Play and Multiplayer Enforcement

FIGHT CARD is an online multiplayer game. Moderation may include review of gameplay behavior and fair-play activity.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools.

Bots, scripts, automation, macros, modified clients, memory editors, packet manipulation, or other unfair methods.

Matchmaking manipulation, win trading, intentional disconnect abuse, stalling abuse, leaderboard manipulation, or event manipulation.

Using multiple accounts to farm rewards, manipulate rankings, bypass restrictions, or evade enforcement.

Selling, buying, renting, trading, transferring, or boosting accounts, cards, currency, ranks, rewards, wins, or services outside official FIGHT CARD systems.

Using FIGHT CARD for gambling, betting, wagering, prize pools, or real-money contests without written authorization and legal compliance.

Abusing purchases, refunds, chargebacks, promotions, rewards, or virtual-item systems.

Attempting to interfere with servers, security, access controls, or game operations.

6. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity, context, evidence, risk, platform requirements, legal obligations, and prior history, we may take one or more actions at our discretion, including:

No action if we determine there is insufficient evidence or no violation.

Filtering, blocking, removing, resetting, or renaming usernames, deck names, or other user-created text.

Warning or educational notice.

Temporary feature restrictions.

Multiplayer restrictions.

Match cancellation or result adjustment.

Reward removal.

Card, pack, currency, item, achievement, or progression adjustment or removal.

Rank, leaderboard, event, or tournament adjustment or removal.

Purchase delivery hold, reversal, or review.

Temporary suspension.

Permanent ban or account termination.

Measures to prevent ban evasion, including restricting related accounts, devices, technical identifiers, or other signals where permitted.

Reporting suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect users, Wayne Interactive Studios LLC, platform providers, or the public.

We may take immediate action for serious violations, including cheating, fraud, account theft, payment abuse, security threats, legal violations, underage use, threats of real-world harm, exploitation, or attempts to compromise FIGHT CARD systems.

7. Factors We May Consider

When deciding whether to take action, we may consider:

Severity and type of reported content, behavior, or activity.

Credibility, specificity, and consistency of reports or evidence.

Risk of harm to users, the game, platform providers, Wayne Interactive Studios LLC, or the public.

Whether the violation appears intentional, accidental, repeated, coordinated, automated, or exploitative.

Patterns of behavior or prior enforcement history.

Attempts to hide misconduct, evade enforcement, manipulate systems, or misuse reports.

Impact on multiplayer fairness, rankings, rewards, events, purchases, or the game economy.

Legal, privacy, platform, payment, security, and compliance obligations.

8. Reports and False Reports

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, abusive, spammy, or malicious reports is prohibited.

Do not use reporting tools to harass other users, retaliate after a loss, manipulate moderation, attack competitors, or create false evidence.

Misuse of reporting tools may result in enforcement action.

9. Ban Evasion

Creating new accounts or using other accounts to evade warnings, restrictions, suspensions, bans, purchase restrictions, multiplayer restrictions, or enforcement actions is prohibited.

If we detect ban evasion or related abuse, we may restrict or terminate related accounts and take additional steps to protect FIGHT CARD and other users.

10. Records, Retention, and Confidentiality

10.1 Records

We may keep internal records of reports, investigations, moderation reviews, anti-cheat findings, purchase reviews, fraud signals, enforcement decisions, appeals, account restrictions, and related activity for safety, fair play, fraud prevention, security, compliance, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

Retention is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

10.2 Confidentiality

We generally do not share detailed information about internal investigations, technical detection methods, anti-cheat systems, fraud-prevention methods, reports, evidence, or enforcement actions involving other users.

We may provide limited information when appropriate, but we are not required to disclose our evidence, detection systems, internal processes, or actions taken against other accounts.

11. Appeals and Contact

We may, but are not required to, review enforcement decisions upon request.

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact:

Wayne Interactive Studios LLC
Email: admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

Include your account email, username, user ID if available, a brief explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect, and any relevant screenshots or purchase/order information. Do not send passwords or full payment card numbers.

Appeals do not guarantee reversal, restoration, refund, compensation, or reinstatement.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Moderation Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you in the app, by email if available, through the app store listing, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of FIGHT CARD after the updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
