This app is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app. If we believe you are under 18, we may suspend or terminate your account.

ZERO TOLERANCE: Content Involving Minors (Under 18)
You may not post, share, message, upload, or otherwise distribute any images, videos, audio, text, or other content that depicts, references, or involves minors (anyone under 18). This includes non-sexual content (e.g., family photos, children in the background). Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the app. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your credentials secure.
- You must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States when using the app.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, our policies, or for safety and compliance reasons.

4. Community and Safety
You agree to use the app safely and respectfully. Harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, and illegal activity are prohibited. We may take disciplinary actions (including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans) if you violate rules, create safety risks, or violate applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

5. User Content (Profiles, Photos, Messages, and Reports)

5.1 “User Content”
“User Content” means anything you create, upload, submit, post, display, transmit, or otherwise make available through the app, including profile information, photos, images, text, chat messages, feedback, and reports.

5.2 You Are Responsible for Your User Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of sharing it. By uploading or sending User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the User Content or you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to share it (including from anyone appearing in it).
- Your User Content does not violate applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States or third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights).
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

5.3 Zero Tolerance: Content Involving Minors (Under 18)
You may not post, share, message, upload, or otherwise distribute any User Content that depicts, references, or involves minors (anyone under 18). This includes non-sexual content (for example: family photos, images where children appear in the background, school-related images, or any depiction of minors). Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5.4 Other Prohibited Content
Without limiting anything else in these Terms or the Community Guidelines, you may not post or share User Content that:
- Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or targets others; includes hate speech; or encourages violence.
- Includes nudity or sexually explicit content where prohibited by our Community Guidelines.
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity in a deceptive or harmful way.
- Includes scams, fraud, or deceptive solicitation.
- Reveals another person’s private or confidential information without permission (for example: doxxing).
- Is illegal or would create a safety risk.

5.5 Our License to Operate the App
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content. However, to operate and provide the app, you grant Wayne Interactive Studios LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical processing), display, distribute, and transmit your User Content solely for the purposes of:
- Providing and operating the app’s features (including showing profiles to other users and delivering messages),
- Maintaining and improving app functionality and safety,
- Preventing abuse, investigating reports, and enforcing these Terms and our policies, and
- Complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States and lawful requests.

5.6 Visibility and Sharing
You control what you choose to share through the app. Some User Content (such as your public profile information and profile photos) may be visible to other users. Messages are delivered to the recipients you choose. Do not share content you do not want others to see.

5.7 Moderation and Enforcement
We do not guarantee that we will review or pre-screen all User Content. However, we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, block, restrict, or disable access to any User Content, and to take disciplinary action against accounts, at any time, for any reason, including if we believe content or behavior violates these Terms, our policies, creates a safety risk, or violates applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

5.8 Reports and Safety Investigations
If you submit a report (including text, images, or other evidence), you allow us to use that submission to investigate, enforce our rules, and improve safety. We may preserve and use report-related information as reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States, and dispute resolution.

5.9 Deletion and Retention
If you delete your User Content or delete your account, we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from active systems. Some information may remain for a period of time in backups, logs, or systems used for safety, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

6. Prohibited Conduct (Behavior Rules)
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, do any of the following:

6.1 Harassment, Hate, Threats, and Abuse
- Harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, or threaten any person.
- Encourage violence, self-harm, or harm toward others.
- Use hateful or discriminatory language or behavior targeting protected characteristics.

6.2 Sexual Misconduct, Coercion, and Exploitation
- Send unwanted sexual messages, sexual harassment, or sexually degrading comments.
- Pressure, coerce, or manipulate someone into sexual activity, sharing sexual content, or meeting in person.
- Share or threaten to share someone’s private images or messages without consent.
- Attempt to obtain sexual content or favors through threats, blackmail, or extortion.

6.3 No Minors / No Underage Use
- Use the app if you are under 18.
- Depict, reference, or involve minors (under 18) in any content or communications, even if non-sexual.

6.4 Scams, Fraud, and Solicitation
- Scam, defraud, or deceive others, including by misrepresenting who you are for exploitative purposes.
- Solicit money, gifts, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
- Use the app for phishing, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive schemes.

6.5 Impersonation and Misrepresentation
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts for someone else without permission.
- Misrepresent your age, location, or other key information in a way that is deceptive or harmful.

6.6 Privacy Violations and Doxxing
- Collect, share, or publish someone else’s private or confidential information without their permission.
- Record, screenshot, or distribute private communications in a way that violates privacy rights or applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

6.7 Illegal Use and Unsafe Activity
- Use the app for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activity.
- Use the app to recruit, traffic, exploit, or endanger any person.

6.8 Platform Integrity and Abuse
- Spam, send bulk messages, or use automated means (bots, scripts, scraping) to access the app.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
- Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions or restrictions (ban evasion).
- Submit knowingly false or malicious reports, or misuse reporting features to harass others.

6.9 Consequences
Violations may result in removal of content, restrictions, warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. We may also report conduct to authorities when required by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States or when necessary to protect users and the community.

7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, conduct of other users, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
- Interactions with other users are at your own risk. Use caution when meeting people offline.
- We are not responsible for User Content posted by users.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- WAYNE INTERACTIVE STUDIOS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR PAID FEATURES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT AMOUNT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wayne Interactive Studios LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the app,
- Your User Content,
- Your violation of these Terms or our policies, or
- Your violation of applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States or any third-party rights.

10. Termination and Account Removal
10.1 By You
You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account using the in-app deletion feature (if available).

10.2 By Us
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the app at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or our policies, created a safety risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, attempted ban evasion, or violated applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States. We may take immediate action for serious risks, including any minors-related violations.

10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including sections on User Content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions).

11. Purchases and Premium Time
If the app offers paid features (including Premium Time), additional terms may apply. Our Payments & In-App Purchases Terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store and/or Google Play), and their rules also apply.

13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where applicable federal law controls. You agree that any dispute not subject to arbitration (once adopted) will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Arbitration / Class Action Waiver

Included. See Section 14 (“Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver”) of these Terms. Disputes are generally resolved by binding, individual arbitration (with limited exceptions), and class/collective actions are waived. Users may opt out within 30 days as described in Section 14.11.

PROHIBITED: Content Involving Minors (Under 18)
We do not allow users to post, share, message, or upload content that depicts, references, or involves minors (anyone under 18), even if the content is non-sexual. If we become aware of such content, we may remove it and take enforcement action, including account suspension or termination.

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Wayne Interactive Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use our app (the “Service”). This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Safety & Enforcement Policy, Moderation Policy, and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information created when you use the Service, and (c) information from service providers/platforms (such as app stores) related to purchases.

2.1 Account Information
- Email address
- Unique user ID (UID) and account identifiers
- Authentication-related data needed to sign you in and keep your account secure (for example: sign-in timestamps, verified email status)

2.2 Profile Information You Provide
- Name / display name and bio
- Profile fields you choose to provide (for example: preferences and other optional profile details)
- Profile photos and other images you upload

2.3 Age / Eligibility Information
- Birthdate or age-confirmation information you provide for 18+ eligibility
We use this to enforce our adults-only requirement and for safety/compliance.

2.4 Messages and Communications
- Messages you send and receive through in-app chat
- Delivery and conversation metadata needed to provide messaging (for example: timestamps and participant IDs)

2.5 Location Information
- ZIP/postal code and country code (as entered by you)
- Derived approximate location (for example: city/region) based on the information you provide and/or location features
- If you enable device location permissions, we may collect device location data to support distance/location-based functionality (you can control this through your device settings)

2.6 Reports, Feedback, and Safety Signals
- Reports you submit (including text and any supporting information you provide)
- Feedback you submit through in-app tools
- Safety and integrity signals related to abuse prevention, moderation, and enforcement (for example: signals used to detect spam, fraud, or ban evasion)

2.7 Purchases (Premium Time / In-App Purchases)
If you buy Premium Time or other in-app purchases:
- We receive purchase confirmation information from the platform provider (for example: product identifier, purchase status, timestamps, and transaction/order identifiers as provided by the store)
- We use this to apply Premium Time to your account, prevent fraud, and provide customer support
We do not receive your full payment card details from the app store.

2.8 Technical and Device Information
We may collect technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, such as:
- App version, device model, operating system version, language/locale, and time zone (as available)
- Diagnostic information (for example: crash/error reports, performance logs)
- Network and security signals used to protect the Service from abuse and to enforce limits

3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:

3.1 Provide and Operate the Service
- Create and manage accounts
- Display profiles and facilitate matching and interactions
- Deliver messages and support chat features
- Apply Premium Time and provide paid features (if purchased)

3.2 Safety, Integrity, and Enforcement
- Enforce adults-only eligibility and our rules (including zero-tolerance rules involving minors)
- Investigate and address reports, harassment, threats, scams, fraud, and other harmful conduct
- Prevent spam, abuse, and ban evasion
- Maintain records related to safety and enforcement as described in our safety and retention policies

3.3 Customer Support and Communications
- Respond to support requests and questions
- Send service-related communications (for example: account notices, policy updates, security messages)

3.4 Improve, Maintain, and Secure the Service
- Debug issues, improve performance, and maintain reliability
- Monitor and protect against unauthorized access and misuse
- Develop and improve features over time

3.5 Legal and Compliance
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States and lawful requests
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, and Wayne Interactive Studios LLC
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

4. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below:

4.1 With Other Users (Within the Service)
- Your public profile information and photos may be visible to other users depending on how the Service displays profiles
- Messages are shared with recipients you choose to message
Please be thoughtful about what you share publicly and in private messages.

4.2 With Service Providers (Processors)
We use trusted service providers to help operate the Service. These providers process information on our behalf to provide hosting, authentication, storage, and related infrastructure. This may include, for example:
- Firebase services (such as authentication, database/storage, and cloud functions) provided by Google
Service providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to us and are expected to protect it.

4.3 With Platform Providers (App Stores) for Purchases
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. The platform provider processes payment and may provide us limited purchase confirmation data so we can apply Premium Time and support purchases.

4.4 For Safety, Legal, and Compliance Reasons
We may share information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
- Investigate and address abuse or safety incidents
- Enforce our Terms of Service and policies
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States, legal process, or lawful requests
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, or Wayne Interactive Studios LLC

4.5 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States and with appropriate safeguards.

5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business, safety, and compliance purposes, including:
- Maintaining functionality and user experience
- Preventing fraud and abuse
- Investigating and enforcing safety rules
- Complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States and resolving disputes

6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in-app. When you delete your account, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or de-identify your information from active systems. Some information may be retained for a period of time in backups, logs, or systems used for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, as permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

Important notes:
- Messaging involves multiple users. Messages you sent may remain visible to recipients or remain in conversation history, and we may retain limited message data as needed for safety and compliance.
- Reports, enforcement records, fraud-prevention signals, and legal/compliance holds may be retained even after deletion, as described in our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

7. Your Choices and Controls
- Profile: You control what profile information you provide and what you share publicly
- Photos: You control what images you upload (subject to our rules)
- Location: You can control device location permissions through your device settings; some location-based features may not work without permission
- Deletion: You can delete your account in-app
- Support: You can contact us to ask questions or request help with account issues

8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure. Please protect your account credentials and do not share your password with others.

9. International Processing
Our service providers may process information on servers located in the United States and/or other countries. By using the Service, you understand that information may be processed outside your state or country of residence, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may require you to review and accept the updated policy before continuing to use the Service.

1. Our Safety Goals
We aim to keep the community safe and respectful. We use a combination of user reporting, review processes, and enforcement actions to reduce harm and prevent abuse.

2. Zero Tolerance: Minors (Under 18)
2.1 No Underage Users
If we believe a user is under 18, we may immediately restrict access, suspend, or terminate the account.

2.2 No Content Depicting or Referencing Minors
We do not allow any content that depicts, references, or involves minors (anyone under 18), even if the content is non-sexual (for example: family photos, children in the background, school-related images, or any depiction of minors).

2.3 Immediate Action
Violations involving minors may result in immediate content removal and immediate account suspension or termination.

2.4 Reporting to Authorities
Where required by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States, or where we believe it is necessary to protect users and the public, we may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

3. What You Can Report
You should report any behavior or content that may violate our rules or create a safety risk, including:
- Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, bullying
- Hate or discriminatory abuse
- Sexual harassment, coercion, extortion, blackmail
- Scams, fraud, phishing, solicitation for money or sensitive info
- Impersonation, catfishing, deceptive identity claims
- Privacy violations (doxxing, sharing private info)
- Any content involving minors (under 18)
- Ban evasion or repeat abusive behavior

4. How Reporting Works
4.1 Submitting a Report
When you submit a report, provide as much detail as possible. If the app allows attachments or supporting context, include only information you have the right to share.

4.2 No False or Malicious Reports
Do not submit knowingly false, misleading, or malicious reports. Misuse of reporting tools may result in enforcement action.

4.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes or Timelines
We do not guarantee a specific response time, response message, or outcome for any report.

5. Review and Investigation
5.1 What We May Review
To evaluate a report and enforce our rules, we may review information reasonably related to the reported incident, which may include:
- The reported profile content (text, photos, public fields)
- Relevant messages or interactions connected to the report
- Prior reports and enforcement history associated with the account
- Technical and security signals used to protect the service and prevent abuse (including patterns consistent with ban evasion)

5.2 Limited Review Principle
We try to limit our review to what is reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

5.3 No Duty to Pre-Screen
We do not guarantee that we will pre-screen or proactively detect all violations. Users should use reporting tools to help keep the community safe.

6. Enforcement Actions We May Take
Depending on severity, context, and prior history, we may take one or more of the following actions at our discretion:
- No action (insufficient evidence or no violation found)
- Content removal or content visibility restrictions
- Warnings and educational notices
- Feature restrictions (for example: limiting messaging, limiting visibility, limiting interactions)
- Temporary suspension (time-limited restriction of access)
- Permanent ban / account termination
- Measures to prevent ban evasion (including restricting additional accounts associated with the same user, device, or other signals, where permitted)

We may take immediate action for serious safety risks, including threats, extortion, exploitation, and any minors-related violations.

7. Factors We Consider
We may consider the following when deciding enforcement actions:
- Severity of the alleged behavior or content
- Credibility and specificity of reports and supporting context
- Risk of harm to users or the public
- Patterns of behavior or repeat violations
- Attempts to evade enforcement or misuse the platform
- Compliance obligations and applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States

8. Ban Evasion
Creating new accounts to evade warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans is prohibited. If we detect ban evasion, we may terminate related accounts and apply additional restrictions to protect the community.

9. Evidence Preservation and Data Retention
9.1 Safety and Compliance Retention
We may retain information related to reports, investigations, and enforcement actions as reasonably necessary for:
- Community safety and abuse prevention
- Fraud prevention and security
- Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States and responding to lawful requests
- Dispute resolution

9.2 Backups and Logs
Even after content removal or account deletion, some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or systems used for safety and compliance, as permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

10. Account Deletion and Enforcement
Deleting an account does not erase responsibility for violations. We may retain and use enforcement-related records as described in this policy and the Privacy Policy.

4. Scams and Coercion
Be cautious of:
- urgent requests for money,
- requests to move conversations to another platform immediately,
- pressure, threats, or blackmail.

3.1 How to Delete
You can delete your account using the in-app “Delete account” feature (in Settings). This is intended to permanently delete your account and remove your profile from the app.

3.2 What the App Tries to Delete
When you delete your account in-app, the app makes best-effort attempts to:
- Delete your private user profile record in our database
- Delete your public profile listing (so you are no longer discoverable in-app)
- Delete photos and media stored under your user storage area (profile photos and other user-owned uploads stored under your account area)
- Delete your authentication account (your login)

Important: Some deletion steps may fail if you are not recently authenticated (for example, some platforms require a recent sign-in before deleting an authentication account). If that happens, you may be signed out and asked to reauthenticate.

3.3 Timing
Deletion is not always instantaneous across all systems. Some data may persist temporarily due to processing time, caching, backups, or safety/compliance needs described below.

4. What May Not Be Deleted Immediately (or at All)
Even after account deletion, certain information may be retained or may continue to exist in limited ways:

4.1 Messages and Conversations
Messaging involves multiple users. If you sent messages to another user, copies of those messages may remain visible to the recipient or may remain stored in conversation history. We may not be able to delete messages already delivered to or stored by other users, and we may retain message metadata and limited content as needed for safety, abuse prevention, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

4.2 Matches and Interaction Records
Records related to matching and interactions (likes, passes, matches) may persist for a limited time for integrity, abuse prevention, or to keep other users’ experiences consistent. Where feasible, we make reasonable efforts to remove your visibility and disconnect your account.

4.3 Reports, Safety Signals, and Enforcement Records
If you were reported, submitted reports, or were involved in a safety investigation, we may retain report content, attachments, related metadata, and enforcement records as reasonably necessary to:
- Investigate and prevent abuse
- Enforce our rules
- Protect users and the public
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States and lawful requests
- Resolve disputes

We may also retain records related to false/malicious reports, harassment, threats, scams, extortion, exploitation, or other serious safety risks.

4.4 Fraud Prevention, Security, and Ban Evasion

1. Billing Platform (Apple / Google)
In-App Purchases are processed by the platform provider (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play). The platform’s payment terms and conditions also apply to your purchase. We do not collect or store your full payment card details when purchases are made through the app store.

2. Premium Is Time-Based (No Auto-Renew)
Premium access in this app is NOT an auto-renewing subscription.
When you purchase Premium, you purchase a fixed amount of time measured in days (“Premium Time”). That time is added to your account. Premium does not renew automatically.

3. When Premium Time Starts and Ends
- Premium Time starts when it is applied to your account (typically immediately after purchase is confirmed by the platform).
- Premium Time decreases each day based on elapsed time and ends when your remaining Premium Time reaches zero.
- The app may show your remaining Premium Time as a number of days (or similar).
- Premium features may be unavailable once your Premium Time expires.

4. Multiple Purchases / Adding Time
- You may be able to purchase Premium multiple times.
- If you purchase Premium again while you still have Premium Time remaining, the new days are added to your remaining balance (stacked).

5. Digital Goods and No Ownership Transfer
Premium Time provides access to digital features or services. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Unless required by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States, purchases are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Delivery Issues and Account Linking
Premium Time is associated with your account in the app.
- If you reinstall the app or switch devices, your Premium Time should be available after you sign in to the same account.

7. Price Changes

2.3 Immediate Action
Minors-related violations may result in immediate content removal and immediate account suspension or termination.

Where required by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States, or where we believe it is necessary to protect users and the public, we may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

3.1 Reports
Users can report profiles, messages, or behavior they believe violates our rules. Reports help us identify issues we may not otherwise see.

3.2 Review
When we review a report, we may evaluate the content or behavior at issue and any relevant context reasonably necessary to make a decision. We may also consider prior enforcement history associated with the account.

3.3 No Guaranteed Response Times
We do not guarantee a response time, response message, or a specific outcome for any report.

3.4 Limited Review Principle
We try to limit review to what is reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

4. Enforcement Actions

Do not post, upload, share, message, or otherwise distribute any pictures, videos, audio, text, or other content that depicts, references, or involves minors (anyone under 18).
This includes non-sexual content (for example: family photos, photos with children in the background, school-related images, or any depiction of minors).
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited.

Respect and Consent
- No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, bullying, or intimidation.
- No unwanted sexual comments, sexual harassment, coercion, or pressure.
- If someone says “no” or asks you to stop, stop.
- Do not share or threaten to share someone’s private messages or images without consent.

Honesty and Authenticity
- No impersonation or pretending to be someone else.
- No deceptive identity claims intended to mislead or harm others.
- No misrepresenting your age (18+ only).

Scams, Fraud, and Solicitation
- No scams, fraud, phishing, or attempts to steal money or personal information.
- No soliciting money, gifts, financial info, passwords, or sensitive personal data.
- No extortion, blackmail, or threats for money or content.

Privacy and Safety
- Do not share private/confidential information about others without permission (no doxxing).
- Do not encourage self-harm or violence.
- Do not facilitate illegal activity or unsafe behavior, including violating applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

Platform Integrity
- No spamming or bulk messaging.
- No bots, scripts, scraping, or attempts to bypass app security.
- No ban evasion (do not create new accounts to get around restrictions).
- Do not submit knowingly false or malicious reports.

Reporting and Enforcement (Summary)
Use in-app reporting tools to flag users or content that violate these rules. We may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend, or ban accounts that violate guidelines or create safety risks. Violations involving minors may result in immediate removal and account termination.
 

Child Safety & Anti-Exploitation Policy

This policy explains our zero-tolerance rules related to minors and exploitation. It supplements our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Safety & Enforcement Policy, and Moderation Policy.

ADULTS ONLY (18+)
This is an adults-only Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app.

1. Zero Tolerance: Minors (Under 18)
1.1 No Underage Users
If we believe a user is under 18, we may immediately restrict access, suspend, or terminate the account.

1.2 No Content Involving Minors (Even Non-Sexual)
You may not post, upload, share, message, or otherwise distribute any content that depicts, references, or involves minors (anyone under 18). This includes non-sexual content (for example: family photos, children in the background, school-related images, or any depiction of minors).

1.3 Exploitation and Endangerment
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, traffics, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. This includes attempting to solicit, share, trade, or threaten to share such content.

2. Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior involving minors or exploitation:
- Use in-app reporting tools if available, and/or
- Contact us at: admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com

When reporting, include as much detail as possible (usernames, screenshots, timestamps). Do not share illegal material in email. If you believe there is an immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

3. Enforcement Actions
Violations may result in immediate content removal and immediate account suspension or termination. We may also take steps to prevent ban evasion.

4. Preservation and Legal Reporting
We may preserve relevant information for safety, investigation, and compliance purposes. Where required by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States, or where we believe it is necessary to protect users and the public, we may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may require you to review and accept the updated policy before continuing to use the Service.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the app. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your credentials secure.
- You must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States when using the app.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, our policies, or for safety and compliance reasons.

4. Community and Safety
You agree to use the app safely and respectfully. Harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, and illegal activity are prohibited. We may take disciplinary actions (including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans) if you violate rules, create safety risks, or violate applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

5. User Content (Profiles, Photos, Messages, and Reports)

5.1 “User Content”
“User Content” means anything you create, upload, submit, post, display, transmit, or otherwise make available through the app, including profile information, photos, images, text, chat messages, feedback, and reports.

5.2 You Are Responsible for Your User Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of sharing it. By uploading or sending User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the User Content or you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to share it (including from anyone appearing in it).
- Your User Content does not violate applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States or third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights).
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

5.3 Zero Tolerance: Content Involving Minors (Under 18)
You may not post, share, message, upload, or otherwise distribute any User Content that depicts, references, or involves minors (anyone under 18). This includes non-sexual content (for example: family photos, images where children appear in the background, school-related images, or any depiction of minors). Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5.4 Other Prohibited Content
Without limiting anything else in these Terms or the Community Guidelines, you may not post or share User Content that:
- Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or targets others; includes hate speech; or encourages violence.
- Includes nudity or sexually explicit content where prohibited by our Community Guidelines.
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity in a deceptive or harmful way.
- Includes scams, fraud, or deceptive solicitation.
- Reveals another person’s private or confidential information without permission (for example: doxxing).
- Is illegal or would create a safety risk.

5.5 Our License to Operate the App
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content. However, to operate and provide the app, you grant Wayne Interactive Studios LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical processing), display, distribute, and transmit your User Content solely for the purposes of:
- Providing and operating the app’s features (including showing profiles to other users and delivering messages),
- Maintaining and improving app functionality and safety,
- Preventing abuse, investigating reports, and enforcing these Terms and our policies, and
- Complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States and lawful requests.

5.6 Visibility and Sharing
You control what you choose to share through the app. Some User Content (such as your public profile information and profile photos) may be visible to other users. Messages are delivered to the recipients you choose. Do not share content you do not want others to see.

5.7 Moderation and Enforcement
We do not guarantee that we will review or pre-screen all User Content. However, we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, block, restrict, or disable access to any User Content, and to take disciplinary action against accounts, at any time, for any reason, including if we believe content or behavior violates these Terms, our policies, creates a safety risk, or violates applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

5.8 Reports and Safety Investigations
If you submit a report (including text, images, or other evidence), you allow us to use that submission to investigate, enforce our rules, and improve safety. We may preserve and use report-related information as reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States, and dispute resolution.

5.9 Deletion and Retention
If you delete your User Content or delete your account, we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from active systems. Some information may remain for a period of time in backups, logs, or systems used for safety, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

6. Prohibited Conduct (Behavior Rules)
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, do any of the following:

6.1 Harassment, Hate, Threats, and Abuse
- Harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, or threaten any person.
- Encourage violence, self-harm, or harm toward others.
- Use hateful or discriminatory language or behavior targeting protected characteristics.

6.2 Sexual Misconduct, Coercion, and Exploitation
- Send unwanted sexual messages, sexual harassment, or sexually degrading comments.
- Pressure, coerce, or manipulate someone into sexual activity, sharing sexual content, or meeting in person.
- Share or threaten to share someone’s private images or messages without consent.
- Attempt to obtain sexual content or favors through threats, blackmail, or extortion.

6.3 No Minors / No Underage Use
- Use the app if you are under 18.
- Depict, reference, or involve minors (under 18) in any content or communications, even if non-sexual.

6.4 Scams, Fraud, and Solicitation
- Scam, defraud, or deceive others, including by misrepresenting who you are for exploitative purposes.
- Solicit money, gifts, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
- Use the app for phishing, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive schemes.

6.5 Impersonation and Misrepresentation
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts for someone else without permission.
- Misrepresent your age, location, or other key information in a way that is deceptive or harmful.

6.6 Privacy Violations and Doxxing
- Collect, share, or publish someone else’s private or confidential information without their permission.
- Record, screenshot, or distribute private communications in a way that violates privacy rights or applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

6.7 Illegal Use and Unsafe Activity
- Use the app for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activity.
- Use the app to recruit, traffic, exploit, or endanger any person.

6.8 Platform Integrity and Abuse
- Spam, send bulk messages, or use automated means (bots, scripts, scraping) to access the app.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
- Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions or restrictions (ban evasion).
- Submit knowingly false or malicious reports, or misuse reporting features to harass others.

6.9 Consequences
Violations may result in removal of content, restrictions, warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. We may also report conduct to authorities when required by applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States or when necessary to protect users and the community.

7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, conduct of other users, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
- Interactions with other users are at your own risk. Use caution when meeting people offline.
- We are not responsible for User Content posted by users.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- WAYNE INTERACTIVE STUDIOS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR PAID FEATURES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT AMOUNT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wayne Interactive Studios LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the app,
- Your User Content,
- Your violation of these Terms or our policies, or
- Your violation of applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States or any third-party rights.

10. Termination and Account Removal
10.1 By You
You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account using the in-app deletion feature (if available).

10.2 By Us
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the app at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or our policies, created a safety risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, attempted ban evasion, or violated applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States. We may take immediate action for serious risks, including any minors-related violations.

10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including sections on User Content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions).

11. Purchases and Premium Time
If the app offers paid features (including Premium Time), additional terms may apply. Our Payments & In-App Purchases Terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store and/or Google Play), and their rules also apply.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where applicable federal law controls (including the Federal Arbitration Act as described below).

14. BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (PLEASE READ)
This Section 14 affects your rights. It requires arbitration of certain disputes and limits the way you can seek relief.

14.1 Definitions
- “Dispute” means any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the app, the Service, these Terms, or your relationship with us, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.
- “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wayne Interactive Studios LLC.

14.2 Informal Resolution First
Before starting arbitration, you agree to try to resolve the Dispute informally by emailing a notice to: admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com
Your notice must include: (a) your name and the email tied to your account, (b) a description of the Dispute, and (c) what you want to resolve it.
We will try to resolve the Dispute with you informally. If the Dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after we receive your notice, either party may start arbitration.

14.3 Agreement to Arbitrate
Except as described in Section 14.4 (Exceptions), you and we agree that any Dispute will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and not in court.
The Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

14.4 Exceptions (Disputes That May Go to Court)
The following are not required to be arbitrated:
- Small claims: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if it qualifies and remains in small claims court.
- Injunctive / equitable relief for misuse: Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court to prevent unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, or security threats (including threats to the Service), pending completion of arbitration.
- Intellectual property: Either party may bring claims relating to infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights in a court, to the extent such claims are not arbitrable under applicable law.

14.5 Arbitration Provider and Rules
Arbitration will be administered by either:
- the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or
- JAMS under its consumer arbitration rules,
as determined by the party initiating the arbitration (unless the chosen provider declines, in which case the parties will select another reputable arbitration provider).
The arbitrator will apply applicable law consistent with the FAA and these Terms.

14.6 Location and Format
Unless the parties agree otherwise, arbitration will take place in Ohio, USA. The arbitrator may allow proceedings by telephone, video, or written submissions when appropriate, to reduce costs and burden.

14.7 Fees and Costs
Each party will pay its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards fees or costs under applicable law.
Any arbitration filing, administrative, or arbitrator fees will be allocated under the chosen provider’s consumer rules and applicable law. If you cannot afford fees, you may request fee waivers or reductions from the provider.

14.8 Arbitrator Authority
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute, including disputes about the scope or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that a court may decide issues relating to the validity of the class action waiver in Section 14.9 where required by applicable law.
The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could award in an individual case, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claim.

14.9 CLASS ACTION WAIVER (INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS ONLY)
YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

14.10 Jury Trial Waiver
If a Dispute is brought in court rather than arbitration (only as allowed by these Terms), you and we waive any right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14.11 Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by sending an email to admin@wayneinteractivestudios.com within thirty (30) days of the earlier of: (a) the date you first create an account, or (b) the date you first accept these Terms containing this arbitration provision.
Your opt-out email must include: your full name, the email tied to your account, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver.
If you opt out, Sections 14.3 through 14.10 will not apply to you, and you may pursue Disputes in court as permitted by applicable law.

14.12 Severability
If any part of this Section 14 is found unenforceable, the unenforceable part will be severed and the rest will remain in effect, except that if the class action waiver in Section 14.9 is found unenforceable for a particular claim, then that claim will proceed in court (not arbitration) to the extent required by applicable law.

14.13 Survival
This Section 14 survives termination of your account and these Terms.

15. Venue for Court Matters (Non-Arbitrable Claims)
For any claim permitted to be filed in court under Section 14.4 (or if you validly opt out under Section 14.11), you agree that the state and federal courts located in Ohio will be the exclusive venue, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
